This is very popular, and you need to let me know about your interests to secure good material. I always have a stock of 1919- 23 stamps, mint and used, and including better expertised items. I keep some stamps in panes and sheets.

Covers and cards of all periods sell quickly. I am always replacing TPO material, 1919 23 covers, and later mail out of Vladivostok and more difficult offices. Please enquire.

1920 (December).
The 30 rouble in a block of 25 cancelled BLAGOVESCHENSK. Appears to be a scarce genuine usage, at the right time and place, probably from a Money Transfer Form. Good appearance at front. Reverse shows appr creasing and gum staining.
