1820 letter written in German, St Petersburg Cyrillic cancellation

Letter written in German and dated 16th November 1820 addressed to Narva. MS received mark 28 Nov. Straight line Cyrillic S.P. Burg in red. This is Dobin 01.01.1.03 and Baillie and Peel 1A (R) 5. The latter say that only one example is known to them, namely this letter ex-George Henderson collection. It may be the earliest example of a St Petersburg cancellation in Cyrillic
